Shipping and Return Policy

At Eagle Sneakers Store, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and secure shopping experience. This policy explains how shipping, returns, and refunds/exchanges are handled.

1. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We currently only deliver within Egypt.

International delivery is not available at this time.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (within Egypt)
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (additional charges may apply)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping fees and replacement shipping fees are non-refundable.

You can track your order using:

  • The tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Your phone number or WhatsApp number (if supported by our courier partners).

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request is made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Used or worn sneakers.
  • Items purchased during final sales or clearance.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy
  • Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned item.
  • Refund processing time depends on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees and replacement shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are available for size or product changes if requested within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Additional shipping fees for exchanges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@sneakersseg.com with your order number and photos.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
